There are many Actions one can do to help their immune system
Here are two: Transfusions and Transplants
Transfusion:an act of transferring donated blood, blood products, or other fluid into the circulatory system of a person or animal.
Transplant: an operation in which an organ or tissue is transplanted.
Fun Fact: Antibodies for foreign blood group antigens exist in our body without exposure to foreign blood cells.
This is because these antibodies arise in response to normal bacterial inhabitants of the body: epitopes are very similar to blood group antigens.
Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) molecules are responsible for stimulating the immune response that leads to rejection of tissue and organ transplants: grafts.

"Medicine"
Fun Fact: Recipients take medicine that suppresses immune responses. However, the medicine can leave the recipient more susceptible to infectious diseases and cancers during treatment.
